On the DigiDrift travel blog, you will find photo’s, stories and information from a wide range of destinations from across the globe. Where possible I have geo-coded each post with it’s GPS coordinates and plotted them onto a world map. Click the map image below to open a full screen Google map of all posts.

Note: some posts can’t be geo-coded as they do not particularly relate to any exact location on earth. You can always use the search box in the side-bar to find what your looking for.

How To Use The DigiDrift Geo-Post Map

The map has a series of pins, precisely geo-coded to the exact location of each individual post. When you click on an individual pin, a small white balloon will open. Where you will see the post image, as well as a slight teaser describing what the post is about.

You can then either click on the image or the post link, where you’ll be taken to that particular page on the site.

Don’t forget that when zoomed out, a single pin may have many more posts stored within it. Zoom right in and take a look around. You’ll never know what you might find.

Orange Pins - These mark the locations of general posts from the site. It may be an old travel tale, or a general reflection on a particular place or destination. It may also be a post describing a particular activity in that region.

Red Pins - These mark the location of a particular image that was posted in the ‘Image of The Week Series’. Within these posts you’ll also find a general description of where, when and how I captured each particular image.
