Image of The Week: South Africa – The Endless Shores of The iSimangaliso Wetlands Park

After a half a day of slogging it through the sandy 4WD tracks of the iSimangaliso Wetlands Park. We eventually made it to the isolated beach camp at Mabibi. It was a great spot and the beaches were secluded and deserted. This shot was taken on one of our walks during our stay.

  1. Beautiful photo. It must be so nice to find an empty stretch of beach like that. The closest I’ve come to that was Waipio Valley beach on the Big Island of Hawaii and there were 2 other people.
